Work Flow
The most critical feature of LAPS is its Workflow management tool, which allows an application to be initiated, routed to the appropriate staff in a pre-defined sequence, processed, tracked, and eventually completed and filed. This module facilitates electronic processing of the loan application between several "work flow points" which can be set up to meet the unique needs of every organization depending on their size, structure and review/approval methodology. The system assures that there are no delays in the processing of the loan. Efficiency reports can be generated to reveal any recurring delays at specific "flow points" so that corrective action can be taken.

Document Archiving/Management

This module uses the amortization schedule of the loan and compares it to actual remittances. It is also designed to generate alerts in the event a payment is not made on time or for the appropriate amount.

Fixed Priced Project


For any outsourcing project (direct order from Client or from any partner), APSIS goes for detail business analysis and send an initial understanding (system study report/ business analysis report) document for client's verification. After getting confirmation from client, APSIS goes for costing based on Total man-hour needed for the whole project (if needed including implementation and after deployment support). APSIS guarantees total satisfaction from client even if the clients' requirements are modified and amended during the analysis phase and finally offers up to 50 man-hour (for software and dynamic web solution development) customization opportunity even after the delivery of the project. This software and web development project model always ensure reasonable cost, on-time delivery and also perfect after sales service support as agreed in the documents.

Generally payment terms are 50% in advance (or may be after approval of the first design and initial layout/ prototype delivery) and rest 50% after successful delivery and implementation of the project. For long term project, it may be mutually negotiated by both the parties.

Dynamic Voice Service Delivery Platform


VSDP is a general Voice Service Delivery Platform which can provide multiple services (e.g. Voice Messaging, Music Messaging, Voice Chat & Other Infotainment) using the same hardware platform with capability of handling multiple services over different access codes.

Mobile Commerce


Apsis Mobile Commerce Platform enables a wide range of innovative mobile financial services including direct top-up, agent top-up, bill payment, person-to-person payments, mobile banking, cross border VAS and both national and international remittances.

  • Mobile Wallet: Apsis Mobile Wallet application enables organizations to launch banking services to 'un-banked' communities typically excluded from traditional banking facilities. These services allow un-banked customers perform banking transactions over their mobile phone.
  • Mobile Agent Top-up: Apsis Agent Top-Up allows airtime distributors to sell prepaid top-ups through a much wider base of agents than is currently possible using vouchers or scratch cards.   • International Remittance: Mobile subscribers in donor countries can transfer cash directly from their mobile phone to mobile wallet of their family and friends in the recipient country.
